Cream manufacturing in Thailand — OEM and ODM
We manufacture facial creams and serums on our own line in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi. You can start from a formula our lab has already developed and tested, or have one developed against your brief. This page explains what each route costs you in time and money, and what you need to decide before we can quote.
What we can make
All of it is produced in the same facility, using the same vacuum emulsifying equipment and the same quality controls.
Facial moisturisers
Day creams, night creams and all-day moisturisers, from light gel-creams through to rich occlusive textures. Texture is one of the easiest things to adjust during sampling, so bring a reference product if you have one.
Serums and essences
Watery serums, gel serums and emulsion textures, filled into dropper bottles or pump bottles. See the skincare page for the wider range.
Treatment creams
Eye creams, spot treatments and targeted products where the active is the selling point. Which actives are permitted depends on the market you are selling into.
Brightening formulas
A large part of the Southeast Asian market. There are strict limits on what the label can claim, which is why we cover it on its own page.
Cream sachets

Stock formula or custom formula
This is the single decision that most affects your budget and your launch date. Neither option is better in the abstract — it depends on what you are trying to do.
- Stock formula (OEM) — our lab has already developed and tested it, and the line is already set up for it. You adjust colour, fragrance and active ingredients to make it yours. Production takes about 7–14 days, counted from the day the formula, packaging, documents and payment terms are all confirmed. Lower cost, faster launch.
- Custom formula (ODM) — developed from scratch against your brief. Costs more and takes longer because it includes development work and sample rounds, and the minimum order is usually higher so that the development cost is worth carrying. The result is a formula built around your brand rather than a shared base.
- A middle path most brands take — start from a stock formula and modify it. You get a product that is recognisably yours without paying for full development, and you keep the speed.
What we need from you before we can quote
A quote built on guesses is worthless to both of us. These six things let us give you a real number.

| Product type and texture | Determines the formula base, the equipment and the batch size. A reference product you like is the fastest way to communicate this. |
| Destination market | Thailand means Thai FDA notification. Anywhere else means that country's ingredient restrictions, labelling rules and registration process. This can rule out an ingredient entirely, so we need it early. |
| Key actives you want to feature | Premium and imported actives raise cost in proportion to how much is actually used. One or two recognisable actives usually sells better than a long list nobody reads. |
| Packaging | Often the largest single cost in the finished product, and it carries its own minimum order quantities from the packaging supplier and the printer. |
| Quantity | Setup cost is spread across the run, so unit cost falls as quantity rises. Do not over-order your first batch. |
| Budget | Tell us the real figure. We will build the best specification that fits inside it, which is faster than guessing back and forth. |
How quality is controlled
We show what we actually have, and we say plainly what we do not have.
A retained sample from every batch
Our Bulk Retain system keeps a sample from every production lot, labelled with the product code, lot number, production date and expiry date, signed by the inspector. If a question comes up about a batch six months later, there is something physical to go back to.
Halal, within a stated scope
Certified by the Central Islamic Council of Thailand, registration กอท.ฮล. V597/2569, covering the specific products applied for. Raise it at the planning stage if your product needs to carry the mark.
What we do not claim
We do not advertise GMP or ISO 22716 certification, because we do not currently hold the documentation to back it. Any factory that lists standards should be able to hand you a certificate with a number and an expiry date. Ask us — and ask everyone else you are talking to.
