LINE
LINE is how most of our conversations happen and it is the quickest way to reach the team. Scan the code or use the button, then send us:
- The product you want to make — face cream, body lotion, serum, sachets, and so on. A reference product you like is worth a paragraph of description.
- The market it is for — which country the product will be sold in. This determines ingredient rules, labelling and registration, so it changes the answer to almost everything else.
- Your customers and sales channel — online, retail, distributors, spa or hotel supply.
- Your budget — tell us the real figure. We will build the best specification that fits inside it rather than guessing back and forth for a week.
- Whether you are exporting — if the stock is leaving Thailand, say so now. We arrange the freight and prepare the export documents, and both are easier to quote before production than after.
- Whether you want to visit — you are welcome, with an appointment.
Ask us about formulas, sachets, brand building, export documents, freight, factory standards or Thai FDA notification — whatever is actually blocking your decision. We work in English.

We handle enquiries in Thai and English. If you are calling from outside Thailand, note that we are at GMT+7 — check the time difference before you dial.
Best for anything with attachments — product specifications, label artwork, or documents supporting a quotation.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 9.00–18.00 (GMT+7). Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Messages sent outside working hours are answered on the next working day. If you are in Europe or the Americas, LINE messages left overnight will usually have a reply waiting when you wake up.
Factory visits
See the production line, the lab and the QC system for yourself. Please book ahead so we can arrange someone to show you around properly rather than leaving you standing in a corridor.

Pak Kret is immediately north of Bangkok — roughly 40 minutes from the city centre by road, traffic permitting. Both Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports are a reasonable drive away.
