Two ways to work with us

Which one fits depends on how fast you need to launch and how distinctive the formula has to be.

OEM — start from our formula

Choose from formulas our lab has already developed and tested, then adjust the colour, the fragrance and the active ingredients — add a new active, reduce one, swap one out. Production takes about 7–14 days, counted from the day the formula, packaging, documents and payment terms are all confirmed. This is the route most first-time brands take, and the one that fits a starting budget.

ODM — a formula developed for you

Our lab develops a new formula against your brief: texture, fragrance, key actives and the result you want the product to deliver. It costs more and takes longer, because it includes development and sample rounds, but the formula belongs to your brand's identity rather than being shared with everyone else on the shelf.

Exporting from Thailand

We handle the export side, not just the manufacturing

Plenty of Thai factories will make your product and then hand you a pallet at the gate. We arrange the shipping and prepare the documents your importer and regulator will ask for. Here is what that covers.

We export

We manufacture for overseas brands and arrange the shipment out of Thailand. Tell us the destination country, the order size and the packaging, and we will quote the freight alongside the production cost so you can see the full landed picture before you commit — not after the stock is already made.

Freight arranged for you

We can book air or sea freight and handle the export side of the paperwork. Which shipping terms apply, and who acts as importer of record at the other end, are agreed per order — those depend on your country and how your business is set up, so we settle them in writing before production starts.

Export documents

We can supply a Certificate of Analysis for your batch and an SDS/MSDS for the formula, and we can arrange a Certificate of Free Sale — that one is issued by the Thai authorities rather than by us, so it needs lead time. Tell us what your importer or regulator requires and we will prepare the set.

Which market the product is for

This still changes everything upstream. A product sold in Thailand must be notified to the Thai FDA. A product you export has to meet the rules of the country it is going to — ingredient restrictions, labelling and registration all differ. Tell us the destination market in your first message so we do not develop a formula that cannot be sold where you need it.

We work in English

Our team handles enquiries, specifications and documentation in English. We are at GMT+7, Monday to Friday, 9.00–18.00. LINE is the fastest channel; email suits specs and artwork files. A message left overnight from Europe or the Americas will usually have a reply waiting when you wake up.

Samples before commitment

Do not approve a formula from a description. Ask for samples, test them properly, and only then confirm. Sample rounds are a normal part of the process and are worth the extra couple of weeks — factor in shipping time for each round when you plan a launch date.

Frequently asked questions

What is the starting budget?

Around 30,000 THB is a realistic starting budget for launching a brand with us, across all product types. How many units that buys depends on the product, the formula and actives, the packaging, and the printing. Send us the product you have in mind on LINE and we will work out a figure for your actual specification, free of charge. The pricing page explains every factor that moves the number.

How long does production take?

A stock formula takes about 7–14 days. The clock starts once the formula, the packaging, the documents and the payment terms have all been confirmed — not from your first enquiry. It does not include waiting for custom packaging or special print runs. A newly developed formula takes longer, depending on how complex it is and how many sample rounds it needs.

Can you export, and can you ship to my country?

Yes. We manufacture for overseas brands and arrange the freight out of Thailand, by air or sea. Send us the destination country, the order size and the packaging, and we will quote the shipping alongside the production cost. Shipping terms and who acts as importer of record are agreed per order and put in writing before production starts.

Can you provide a CoA, an MSDS, or a Certificate of Free Sale?

Yes to all three. A Certificate of Analysis covers the batch we produce for you, and an SDS/MSDS covers the formula — both come from us. A Certificate of Free Sale is issued by the Thai authorities rather than by the factory, so we arrange it on your behalf and it needs lead time; tell us early if your importer requires one. Send us the full list your regulator or importer asks for and we will prepare the set rather than sending documents one at a time as you discover you need them.

Does anyone at the factory speak English?

Yes — enquiries, specifications, quotations and documentation are all handled in English. We are at GMT+7 and the office runs Monday to Friday, 9.00–18.00, so allow for the time difference on anything urgent. LINE is the fastest channel and messages left overnight are normally answered by the time you are back at your desk.

What certifications does the factory hold?

We hold halal certification from the Central Islamic Council of Thailand, registration number กอท.ฮล. V597/2569, issued for the specific products applied for. Production runs under our own QC system, which keeps a retained sample from every batch. We do not claim GMP or ISO certification, because we do not currently hold the documentation for it — and a factory that lists standards it cannot show you a certificate for is a factory worth questioning. How much can a stock formula be changed?

Colour, fragrance and active ingredients can all be adjusted — you can add a new active, reduce or replace an existing one. The result is a version specific to your brand while keeping the speed advantage of a formula that has already been tested.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes, and we would encourage it. Book ahead through LINE and you can walk the production line, see the lab and talk to the team at Pak Kret, Nonthaburi. It is about 40 minutes from central Bangkok.

Do you help with product registration?

For products sold in Thailand, we guide you through the Thai FDA notification process and the documents it needs, including what your label is legally allowed to claim. For export markets, the registration itself is filed under that country's rules and normally needs a local importer or agent — that part is yours. What we supply is the manufacturer-side evidence they will ask you for: Certificate of Analysis, SDS/MSDS, ingredient and specification documents, and a Certificate of Free Sale arranged through the Thai authorities.

Do you make my formula available to other brands?

A formula developed specifically for your brand under an ODM arrangement is developed for you. A stock formula is, by definition, one that other customers can also use — that is exactly why it costs less and moves faster. If exclusivity matters to your positioning, say so at the start and we will discuss what is possible.
